End User License Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using Ruvy Talk, you agree to this End User License Agreement and all applicable store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Ruvy Talk is rated 17+ on the App Store and is intended for adults. You are responsible for using the service only where lawful and appropriate in your location.

Forest Soft Company Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ruvy Talk for personal use, subject to this agreement and applicable platform rules.

• You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm others.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or unsafe activity.
• You may not submit child sexual abuse material or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• You may not attempt to bypass payment, token, subscription, safety, security, or access controls.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.

AI assistant, AI character, scenario, translation, and image outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. The app does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Matching and conversation tools help users discover and manage social conversations. Ruvy Talk does not guarantee matches, compatibility, responses, relationships, offline meetings, or any specific outcome. Users may report, block, skip, or leave conversations using available in-app controls.

Some features may require tokens, points, subscriptions, or other paid access. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing management may be handled by the Apple App Store or the payment processor used for the transaction.

You are responsible for prompts, messages, scenario text, character settings, profile-related content, uploaded media, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Model availability, matching availability, prices, token rules, and subscription features may change based on operations, platform requirements, provider terms, or law.

Ruvy Talk is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Forest Soft Company Limited disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and suitability of AI outputs or matches.
