This policy explains how Forest Soft Company Limited processes information for Ruvy Talk, an AI chat, character creation, and matching app for adults.

1. Service scope

Ruvy Talk provides AI assistant chat, AI character chat, scenario creation, image generation, matching, direct messaging, media sharing, voice and video calls, translation, purchases, and support features. The service may process information needed to operate those features.

2. Information we process

  • Account and device identifiers, including app user ID, bundle ID, device information, OS version, app version, language, region, and timezone.
  • Conversation content entered by the user, including assistant prompts, AI chat messages, scenario text, character settings, and matching messages.
  • Uploaded or generated media used for chat, character images, profile images, photos, videos, audio messages, and call features.
  • Matching preferences and interaction states needed to provide matching, review, skip, note, friend request, block, report, chat, and call flows.
  • Purchase and subscription records, including product ID, order ID, purchase token, receipt data, and access status.
  • Operational data such as IP address, security logs, crash logs, analytics events, advertising identifiers where available, and push notification token.
  • Support information submitted through in-app support or account settings, including account deletion, data access, correction, or billing questions.

3. How we use information

  • To provide AI assistant responses, AI character rooms, scenario creation, image generation, conversation tools, matching, translation, and call features.
  • To maintain subscriptions, token access, account status, and purchase restoration.
  • To improve reliability, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes, and protect service integrity.
  • To respond to support, privacy, export, and account deletion requests.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, dispute, and platform review requirements.

4. AI processing

User prompts, scenario settings, character details, and conversation content may be sent to AI model providers to generate responses, character content, or images. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific situation, so users should review outputs before relying on them or sending them to others.

5. Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for service operation, including:

  • AI model providers for assistant responses, character chat, scenario generation, and image generation.
  • Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, push messaging, and app operations.
  • Google AdMob and advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement.
  • Twilio and communication infrastructure providers for voice and video call features.
  • Apple App Store and payment processors for purchases and subscriptions.
  • Amazon Web Services and related infrastructure providers for hosting and storage.
  • Internal operation tools for support and privacy request handling.

6. Retention

  • Conversation, scenario, character, media, and matching data is retained while needed to provide the service or until deleted by the user or account deletion process.
  • Purchase, subscription, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to 5 years where required by law.
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for investigation or legal compliance.
  • Support request records are retained only as needed for request handling, dispute response, and legal compliance.

7. User choices

  • You can manage or delete chat rooms, conversation history, scenarios, and matching chats in the app where the feature is available.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or export by contacting support.
  • You can manage subscriptions through the Apple App Store account used for purchase.
  • You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
  • You can control camera, microphone, and photo library permissions through iOS Settings.

8. Account deletion

To request account deletion, use the account deletion or support option available inside the app and include the user identifier shown in the app if requested. We may verify ownership before processing the request. Deletion is usually completed within 30 days after verification, except where retention is legally required.

9. Children

Ruvy Talk is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If we learn that we processed personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Support

For privacy questions, account deletion, data requests, billing questions, or safety reports, use the support or account settings flow available inside the app.
